These Terms of Use explain the rules for using Ezer, provided by LOCK IN LEARNING TECHNOLOGIES LLC. By using Ezer, you agree to these terms and to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement where it applies.
What Ezer provides
Ezer is an AI companion for Scripture-grounded conversation, prayer, and gentle daily reminders. Ezer may generate incorrect or incomplete responses, and you are responsible for deciding whether and how to use any response.
Not medical, mental-health, crisis, or emergency care
Ezer does not provide medical care, mental-health treatment, crisis support, pastoral counseling, or emergency services. If you may be in danger, need urgent help, or are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, contact local emergency services or a trusted person nearby.
Ezer Plus auto-renewable subscriptions
Ezer includes a limited number of free in-app messages and voice minutes. Ezer Plus is an optional auto-renewable subscription that unlocks unlimited in-app messages and live voice conversations while the subscription is active.
AI conversations create a cost each time Ezer listens, speaks, and responds. Subscription revenue helps cover that AI usage and the servers that make the service work.
- Ezer Plus Monthly: renews every month unless canceled.
- Ezer Plus Yearly: renews every year unless canceled.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Ezer, attempt to disrupt the service, reverse engineer the app or service, submit unlawful or harmful content, or use Ezer in a way that violates another person’s rights.
Availability
We may change, pause, or discontinue parts of Ezer. Voice and message features depend on your device, internet connection, Apple services, Railway hosting, and OpenAI services.
